Must be an active member on a membership at video entry and competition dates;

Must include pole and floor;

Pole configuration can be at competitors discretion (ie. 2 Spin; 2 Static; 1 Spin and 1 Static) but only the 2 x 38mm comp poles can be used (if doing Pole work);

Heels or boots are optional;

Removal of a clothing item is optional, can go down to g-string and nipple pasties;

No nudity permitted, 1 point deduction for nip slips and flap attacks; disqualification for brazen disregard of rules;

Maximum two (2) human props permitted.
