Intro to Pole, Beginner 1, Beginner 2, Beginner Spin, Beginner Static or Curvy Queens on an active membership at video entry and competition dates;

Three Points of contact on the pole at all times;

Must use both Spin and Static during performance;

If inverting, both hands must remain on the pole;

Heels or boots are optional;

Removal of a clothing item is optional, can go down to g-string and nipple pasties;

No nudity permitted, 1 point deduction for nip slips and flap attacks; disqualification for brazen disregard of rules;

No flips permitted;

Maximum two (2) human props permitted;

Winner will not be permitted to compete in Beginner Pole the following year, Winner will automatically progress to Intermediate Pole Division.
