Our Beginner Pole Fitness Classes start with our Intro to Pole Course which is suited to ladies who:
Have little or no fitness level
Have no upper body strength
Have weak core strength
Are not coordinated and have never danced before except after a few drinks at the club ;)

Our Intro to Pole course, is exactly that, an Introduction to Pole Dancing. In this course you will learn the foundation tricks (while maintaining correct technique) that will lay the path for the rest of your journey.
Our foundation tricks are aimed to develop your upper body and core strength, encourage flexibility all while having fun on your new adventure. If you aren’t a frequent flyer at the local gym, and touching your toes is still a little out of reach, then you are looking at the right course to start at. There is no age, weight, experience of skill level requirements with Intro to Pole. All you need is to take that first step into booking your Free Trial class or jumping straight in to booking a Course class, and watch your inner Queen find her crown.
At Queens of Pole, we LOVE beginners. We have seen time and time again how pole dancing has changed the lives of our ladies... It is what drives us to do what we do. We live by our slogan “Find Your Crown” and we love to welcome ladies of all shapes, sizes, fitness levels and backgrounds into our studios to prove to them that they too can be a Queen in the art of pole dancing. We have specialised Introductory Courses as well as our Curvy Queens Program for ladies who identify as being plus-sized. AND we have some amazing Staff ready to get you started!
