Pause Application

Planning time away from pole? (ummm, why?!) Kidding, we know Queens have responsibilities and sometimes short breaks are required, our Pause Application is the perfect solution.

Please complete and submit this Application to your Studio Owner a minimum of 7 Days before the Contract Pause is requested to start (based on payment processing date). You may apply to pause your contract for any reason including injury illness, holiday, personal reasons, however this application is subject to Studio Owner Discretion.

All Contract Pauses will incur a $10 per week debit in order for us to hold your enrolment in your Course/ Workshop class. You may apply to pause your contract for a minimum of one (1) booking week at one time, and a maximum of 4 weeks total per calendar year.

It is your responsibility to use Course Catch Ups to catch up on content missed during the pause period. Instructors are not able to spend additional time for personal catch ups outside of scheduled Catch Up time on the timetable. If additional instruction is required, you can book in for a private lesson.

If your plans change and you wish to return to the studio before the end of your approved Pause time, you must pay the equivalent amount owing, so for example, if your normal debit rate is $40 per week and you have paid the $10 pause rate and wish to return during that week, you will need to pay $30 to do so.
